Ordering from Energiakaubamaja OÜ online store is convenient and fast! We offer various delivery options so you can choose the solution that best suits you.

Delivery Options

• Parcel Machines: We deliver orders to a parcel machine that suits you (Omniva, DPD, Venipak, SmartPOST).
• Courier service: The courier will deliver your order directly to your door anywhere in Estonia.
• Pallet Transport: Transport of large and/or heavy goods on euro pallets.
• Pick-up Option: You can choose to pick up your order at our store located at Laki 30 (B-building), Tallinn.

Delivery times

• In-stock products are usually delivered within 1-3 business days.
• The delivery time for custom-ordered products depends on the manufacturer, and the relevant information can be found on the product page or the order confirmation.
• Deliveries for large projects are agreed on a personal basis and according to the project schedule.

Shipping costs

• The shipping cost will be displayed during the order process and depends on the selected delivery method.
• For orders over 100€, shipping to a parcel machine is free of charge.

International transport

If desired, we can ship orders outside of Estonia. The shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination and will be calculated during the order process.

Order tracking

After confirming the order, we will send you a confirmation along with a tracking code, so you can track the shipment’s progress.
