ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The owner of the Energiakaubamaja online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Energiakaubamaja OÜ (registration code 16833201), located at Laki 30, Tallinn.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The sales terms apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are listed next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price of the goods. All prices for products sold in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.
Information about the products is provided directly next to the products in the Online Store.
Placing an order
To order products, you need to add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method for the products. The total cost of the order and the available payment methods will then be displayed on the screen.
The order can be paid using the following Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, N26

Bank link payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÃœ. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, it occurs in the respective bank’s secure environment, and when paying by credit card, it takes place in Montonio Finance OÃœ’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details. The contract becomes effective once the payment is received in the Online Store’s account.
The owner of the Online Store is the data controller and forwards the necessary personal data for processing payments to the authorized processor, Montonio Finance OÜ.
Additionally, it is possible to pay for the order using ESTO installment solutions.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days from the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following country: Estonia.
The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: courier service or parcel machine.
The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed in the shopping cart next to the delivery method. The Online Store may offer a free shipping option, and this information will also be displayed in the shopping cart.
Domestic shipments within Estonia usually reach the buyer’s specified destination within 5 business days from the conclusion of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods extends up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract made in the online store within 14 days.
Please note! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal. In such cases, the relevant products and services must be listed, and they must meet the conditions specified in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in a manner similar to testing the product in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase (in free form) and send it to the email address info@energiakaubamaja.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g. an incorrect or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal declaration, or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
The Online Store will refund all fees received from the buyer under the contract upon receiving the returned goods, without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration. The Online Store may refuse to make the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost exceeding that of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and request the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store is significantly below the market price due to an error.
Right to submit a claim
The Online Store is responsible for any non-compliance with the contract terms or defects in the goods sold to the buyer, which existed at the time of delivery and are discovered within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Store to prove otherwise.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months from discovering the defect by sending an email toinfo@energiakaubamaja.ee or calling the phone number: (+372) 5332 0533.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer for all fees associated with the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer solely for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store will transmit personal data to the transport service providers for the purpose of delivering the goods.
The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed their wish by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail notifications.
The buyer can unsubscribe from the offers and newsletters sent by email at any time by informing us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.
Dispute resolution
If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they should send them via email to info@energiakaubamaja.ee or by calling (+372) 5332 0533.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute through mutual agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural terms can be reviewed, and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorized to resolve disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer has the right to also contact the European Union platform for resolving consumer disputes.
